How can I get the speedo out off the instrument cluster? 700 1991

Hi, I took my instrument cluster off my 91 745T with the intention to fix the broken odometer and diagnoze the sporotic speedo problem. I did all kinds of searches and read most part of the FAQ. All the readings I did so far only deals with taking the dash off the car, none of them tell you in detail how to disassemble the cluster in order to get the speedo off. I did the obvious thing by taking off the 6 screws along the parameter of the back of the cluster. The white plasticpart (the circuit boards are on) and the black plastic lense part won't seperate. There are still many similar screws in the middle part which I don't dare to touch without knowing for sure if I should. Please help!

If there is a writen instruction somewhere, please let me know. Thanks in advice! Erwin
