creaking front suspension 140-160

Hi to all, Happy New year.
Recently my front right suspension started creaking very loudly with every bump. The car has poly bushings, big IPD sway bar, Skandix springs, bilstiens. I lifted the front and everything seems tight, (ball joints, wheel bearings etc.)
Could the winter weather have cleaned the grease out of the bushings? Is the spring "groaning" in the spring seat? Could a ball joint be dry, but not yet show wear?
The suspension was rebuilt with all of these parts about 50 -60,000 miles ago.
