Brakes still soft 200 1993

My '93 with ABS has had a soft brake pedal since I bought it 3 years ago. The pedal is VERY soft for the first few inches of travel, then it grabs and acts as normal. As per Bentley, I pumped the pedal, then started the car and the pedal dropped a little - I assume the break booster is good. I have not noticed the pressure dropping over time - I assume the master cylinder is good.

My rear right caliper has been giving me trouble (pulling, squeeling, dragging a bit) and the pistons were rusty, the seals shot, so I assumed that was the problem. I just replaced both rear calipers (for good measure) with rebuilt units from NAPA (whom I hate, but that's beside the point) and my brakes are soft as ever.

I bled the hell out of them, a pint or more through each caliper, including the fronts, using NAPA DOT 4 fluid. When no more bubbles came out and the fluid came clear I stopped. I was using the power bleeder that IPD sells.

The brakes feel as soft as ever now, if not worse. What else can I do?

Thanks,
Sean
