1994 volvo 960. car does not start 900

HI, i have a 1994 volvo 960, it does not start.
it was working fine. i took it to a trip, and ater that the car started and after driving 3 minutes, it just died. i check the fuses. the number 30 which uses a 10a fuse does not light up when using a fuse tester is this normal? this fuse says in tank fuel pump(heated lambda sensor). could it be in here the problem. I replaced the both fuel pump and filter. there is a buzz noise when i turn the key on and the belt turns on, I checked the fuel pump relay, it seems to be ok but he engine does not start, I check all cable on battery and replace the battery, any ideas where the the problem could be? I also swap the radio suppression relay with the other one close by.
