Odometer Repair - Got Pod Out, Now What? 900 1993

Hi Guys,

My 93 945 non-turbo odometer works sometimes and sticks other times. Followed the FAQ and got the speedo unit out of the pod, great! I can't figure out how to get the circuit board off the back of the speedo unit to see the gears. There are 3 screws on the board, but releasing them doesn't loosen the board. What am I missing? This odo appears to be mechanical to me, just trying to see if I need the gear or not. As always, any help is appreciated.
