Directional problems S90-V90

I have had this happen to me several times and though I would share. My directionals would start to act squirrely. Then one of them would stay on, and if I remember correctly, the indicator lights on the dash would also stay one.

Well it turns out that the solder contacts on the base of the bulbs are soft enough to pancake out and short. the remedy is to either replace the bulb or just scrape away some of the offending material to eliminate the short.Put the bulb back and keep on driving.
