I just want to thank everyone for your support while changing the timing belt on my 240 for the first time, in particular for the "rope trick" suggestion, as you know I wasn't sure at first but with the help of your testimonials I went for it. When I tried it, it was the funniest thing I've seen happen while working on a car!
