Electric Imapct Wrench advice 900

Hi all,
Due to the aging process, I feel that I need a tool that does not require that much physical force. I need an advice about investing in the Electric Imapct Wrench. Dewalt has one for around $ 200 with 345 torque ft lb. Will this wrench be sufficient and easy to use such as loosening/tightning wheel lug nuts, or especially loosening crank pulley bolts without any hassel. Again it is electric and not air tool.
