How many miles is a 240 engine good for? 200 1991

I'm looking at buying a 240 wagon, and I know the drivetrain will live on for a long, long time, but I am wondering what kind of life expectancy I can expect from a '91 240 engine that has been maintained over the years. It currently has 344000kms (213000 miles) on the clock.
