wiper relay location 200 1990

I received an adjustable wiper relay from IPD for Christmas. My Bently manual shows the relay location on the drivers side. I have looked everywhere for a relay that has the 6 prong connector and cannot locate it. I even turned the wipers on "intermittant" hoping I would hear a "click" but still could not find it. Anyone know where this relay is located on a 1990 sedan?
