source for lower rear shock bolt spacer? 200 1993

Hi All,
Can anybody recommend a source for the spacer on the bolt along side the rear lower shock? I've tried all the sources listed in the parts page but can't find it. I've tried all the recommended techniques (extreme heat, days of PB Blaster soaking, giant puller...) to remove it but looks like I will be cutting both the bolt and spacer off and if I can't drill out the stub of the bolt from the spacer I will need a new one. I have spent hours and hours here reading "lower shock bolt" posts and not a mention of trying to buy a new spacer.
