Under Body Fuel Pump 200 1980

Gday Guys, I am hoping someone can help me. I have a 1980 240GL and the fuel pump is starting to make some groans. I figure I may as well cut to the chase and buy a new one as I am pretty fussy and the car is in perfect condition. My issue is that originally the vehicle had a 2.1lt engine which was spapped out for a 2.3lt B23E. It looks like the current pump is the original as supplied with the 2.1lt but i am now wondering if i should be using a pump specifically designed to feed the B23E? Any advice on what pump i need and where the best place is to get one at the right price would be really appreciated. I am based in Australia.
