I decided to set this up as a new post in order to get attention. I cannot believe the problems I am having with Volvo Canada in trying to get the right brake cables. The cables I ordered are supposed to fit the 960,S90,V90 all the way from 92 and up yet they insist on sending me a right side cable with a slug on the inboard end and the part should have a clevis on both ends for this type of cable system. I have ordered it twice now just in case it was packaged wrong but same same. I jacked up my 92 960 and guess what? It has the correct cable with a clevis on the inboard end. I don't know how to solve this as Volvo Canada has laid off almost all their staff in the warehouse and they insist that I have the right part and will not look for the correct one. If there is anyone out there that can come up with the correct part number for the right side cable I would be very grateful. It has about 18" of jacketed cable with maybe 8-10 inches of bare cable and as I mentioned has a clevis on both ends. Thanks.
