How much is my 240 worth 200

I have decided that I must part with my beloved 1986 240DL. I am the second owner (original owner was a family friend). It only has 80k miles on the odometer, and I have maintained it very well (changed oil every 2k miles, multiple auto trans flushes, tune ups, etc). The body and interior are in fantastic condition and it drives like butta (can cruise at 80mph with no shakes, rattles). Everything works (even the A/C).

How much should I be asking for it?
