122s wagon terrible gas mileage 120-130 1967

I have a 1967 122s wagon that has a b20f engine with a d cam and dual su's. I also changed the differential to a dana 30 4:10. The engine is a fresh rebuild and the carbs are also rebuilt. I am getting about 10-12 miles per gallon!!! Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
