What to look for when buying a 240? 200 1987

I have the chance to buy a Volvo 240 sedan at a very (like very very) low price, and I'm going to look at it in the next few days. I'm just wondering what I should be looking for? Up here in the northeast I'll definitely be checking for rust. It's not currently drivable (fuel delivery issues), so anything that requires turning the car on is probably a no go. Just wondering if any experts out there have opinions on other specific things to check. Thanks!
