what i thought was a bad AMM turns out to be a BAD O2 sensor 200

until this afternoon no codes were thrown after trying my air mass meter and two spares PLUS one my friend marty (a regular here) kindly mailed me from upstate ny.

it defies all logic that all 4 AMM would be bad. after installing martys the car still ran like crap and then mercifully threw a 113 code.

ah ha! he says

taking out my trusty voltmeter i found almost no voltage coming out of this bosch 13913 universal sensor even though it is only 18 months old. i spliced and wired it very carefully as per the boards best practices. the car has been running perfect until a few days ago when it suddenly just crapped out.

before you all glaze over with fatigue reading this turgid tale after disconnecting the O2 sensor as well as the heater wires the car now runs quite well no matter which AMM i install.

i am 2 days here from getting a new sensor as no parts place any here.

can i drive the car safely with the o2 disconnected for the next few days and put on 100 miles of driving?
