Looking for independent Volvo minor repair in Cinci OH area

I'm looking for either an independent shop or perhaps someone who is adept in some simple 240 maintenance for a friend in Cincinnati Ohio.

He has a really nice 91 244GL and cannot afford the stealerships who theorize big money issues without ever looking at the car (seriously).

Please contact me if you or someone you know could help him out. He pays so this isn't charity.
