Strange lighting seems mixed up 200 1989

Hello again fellas. First, my bulb failure light has been staying on but all the lights are working properly. Secondly, my turn signal indicator direction arrows stay green when the lights are on, but still signal properly. Also, weirdly enough, when I pull my lever for low beam from my headlights the little high beam indicator lights up and vice versa. Interestly, if my key is only halfway on in the second position, the highbeam indicator works properly. It is when the key is fully on or the car started will the high beam indicator act opposite. My instrument lights will not come on either. Except for the bulb failure light all the other stuff happened all at once. Now, I have replaced the bulb failure switch with a new one I had for this model. Still lights up. I put a new headlight switch in with no changes. I also replaced the flasher relay with no changes resulting. Is this a different relay issue or the actual turn signal switch assembly? Or, worse yet, the ignition switch? I have heard that one clears up a lot of problems. Any help would be appreciated.
