Among the cars in the driveway there is one that gets about 4k per year. I am doing 7k oil changes but with low usage car there should be a maximum time between changes? Four, six, eights months, more?
I am using Mobil 1 and each time it is driven it is on long enough trips to get the oil and engine up to operating temperature. Duration of most of the trips is from 30 min to 1 hour mostly highway with some stop and go.
