Making Tools for 850 Turbo Sedan / Cylinder-head Removal / Replacement. 1997

I own an 1997 850 Turbo Sedan and need to replace the cylinder head gasket. The Haynes repair manual shows the need for tools to hold the two camshafts in-place while removing the camshaft section. To replace this section there is also a two piece tool that is needed to pull the top of the camshaft cover down onto the head while the cam-follower spring tension push against the camshafts. My question is, Does anybody have the dimensions of these two home made tools. I know the one that is for pressing the cam cover onto the head is made with two old spark plugs that are hollowed of the porcelain and threaded.
