mystery noise 200

I am experiencing a slight groaning sound when I take off from a stop. It is very short and and happens about half the time. It feels like it is when ever the torque of taking off occurs....I don't recall it happening when I shift into any other gear.
I don't believe it is drive shaft related and it does not squeal like a throw out bearing problem. I am wondering if perhaps a suspension bushing may be the problem...if anyone has any experience I'd appreciate hearing your thoughts on this. I know without actually hearing it makes it pretty tough to make a diagnosis. Thanks in advance
