Transmission Fluid Flush Results 700 1992

I changed the transmission fluid and filter on my ’92 745 with the AW70L tranny and now the torque converter won’t lock up. I’m considering flushing the transmission as stated in the FAQ using the IPD flush hose.

Has anyone had this problem or similar and got good results after flushing the fluid?

Any comments/suggestions welcome.
