B6304 swap into 240? 200

Hi all!
I've trashed my 960. Bad luck :( Engine stays untouched.
I own also a '87 240. It has a poor condition diesel engine (D24).
Is it possible to drop B6304 from my 960 into 240?
I guess, that it is possible if you really want it :-), but I mean, it is easy and without additional body cutting, firewall hammering etc.? Just drop engine in, connect electric wires, cooling, clutch, power steering etc. an go? Maybe additional little fixing? Will it FIT into the 240's engine bay? :-)
I've done a swap before, I remove B21 from this 240 and put a diesel instead few years ago, so I've a little experience with this stuff. Now I have good, healthy 3.0 R6 and started thinking about little sleeper car :-)

Any suggestions please?
What about transmission? I'got M46 in 240 and probably AW71 in 960. I prefer manual tranny, so which one should I look for? M90? Or b6304 can be matched with M46 or M47?

Last question: is b6304 lighter than B23 or B20 engines? I guess yes, but can't figure it yet :)

Have a nice day!
Lubomir.
