No headlights! 200 1985

I turn the headlight nob to the first position and the parking lights come on but turning it further to the headlight position does nothing. Yet, I can turn all 4 headlight beams on by actuating the high-beam lever.
I suspect a faulty relay. If so, can anyone tell me where it is. My Hanes manual doesn't.
