what is this plug? 900 1994

'94 940 turbo, new to me.

Under the intake manifold, there are two temp sensors, knock sensor, and another 2 wire plug just lying against the block, with nothing in sight to connect.

There is no cold start injector. Am I right assuming this wire is for that?
Doesn't seem right to just leave a plug hanging free down there.
