What will it take to put 240 bucket seats into a 740?

Hi all, I have a 740 wagon that has issues with the front seats, they are cracking and loose. This morning at the pick n pull, I found a 240 with BEAUTIFUL!!!!! bucket seats that would match mine pretty close. What will I have to do to make them fit my 740?
