Wheel bearing question 200

I had a noise from the drivers side and the rotor was worn and pads right down to the metal. I notice when I braked the noise went way. The hub was cool also. After pulling the rotor I notice the hub does not rotate freely. Could I just repack the bearing or should I replace?
