Vacuum HVAC/Engine relationship 900 1993

I have a 93 960 and was tooling around the FAQ the other night looking for a reason why my HVAC stops pumping air when I accelerate. I see that its likely a leaky baffle or vacuum line and was wondering how that relates to me accelerating? I got a lot of black foam through the vents today when I recirculated the air. My car also doesnt like to st art up right away (crank for a while before start, cranks at different rpms at different times when turn key). The car seems to have somewhat better luck staring when I turn off radio, fan, headlights. I was wondering though if there is any relation to vacumm lines and engine performance/start up. I also get a 314 from hole #2 for my check engine light... (I know cam sensor could be causing start up problem (or at least I think I r know). Car runs fine after started, just doesnt like to start easily although sometimes it starts up well. I was told by a garage that couldnt fix it that it gets weak( almost no pulse) to the FI and plugswhen canking. The car also skips/jerks a little between 40-50 at low RPMs.
