Center support bearing noise after replacement. Please offer suggestions! 200

Hey guys/gals-

On sunday, I replaced the center support bearing and rubber mount on my '92 wagon. The bearing had been whining off and on for a few years and I finally got sick of if. I used the SKF Bearing from FCP and (against my better judgement) the Uro Parts rubber mount which Nick sent with the bearing. The replacement went smoothly and a test drive revealed the whining noise was completely gone and the car seemed to accelerate/decelerate more smoothly.

Yesterday, I drove 150 miles round trip to southern VT in the midst of quite a snowstorm. Roads were heavily salted and thus so was my car. No bearing noise. I drove to work this morning- a short trip- again, no bearing noise. At lunch, I drove the car again for a short trip, and suddenly the whine was back. Not for long, but it whined. I have not crawled under the car to check, but it seems like something with the new bearing install went amiss, or the parts are inferior. I wasn't wild about the Uro parts rubber bearing support, but I figured it would last at least 1/10th of the mileage of a Volvo one. The SKF replacement bearing is reported to be ok, though again, I would not expect to get over 250k out of one.

Any help is appreciated.
