brake bleeding 200 1980

I just finished replacing both rear brake calipers. I have a power bleeder. The bleeding porcedure in my Volvo manual does not mention anything about removing the brake failure switch for bleeding. Do I have to do this? Also my power bleeder suggests 10 psi for bleeding. The Volvo manual says 50-60 psi. Who is right?
