Seat bottom crumble on carpet. Any solutions? 200 1986

Because of the age of the seat foam on the bottom of the seats, I've noticed alot of the yellow crumble on the entrance side of the carpet under the seat. Has anyone solved this problem, short of replacing the seat bottom foam, with any sealants or such to stop this problem? Thanks for looking.
