Must be brake failure week... 200

I thought I was finished with my front end rebuild. All I had to do was bleed the brakes. As part of my front end rebuild I had rebuilt the front calipers. Dust seals were cracked and deteriorated so I figured might as well replace piston seals and dust seals. So, front system was wide open. Used my MotivePower bleeder and for the first time (based on reading some notes here on the BB) I bled the system using the Bentley sequence. Bled the system, ran almost two quarts through it, and pedal is spongy and fades to the floor. Brake Failure Light is on. Comes on when I start the car and stays on. When I let the car sit overnight and started it in the morning, the Brake Failure Light went out but came back on first time I stepped on the brakes. If I stomp on the brakes hard the pedal stays firm. If I push with slow light pressure it sinks to the floor. Checked the calipers and no sign of leaks. MC and octopus were both replaced about 60k miles ago. I'm thinking the MC seals got messed up while bleeding, but was looking for any other suggestions before I replace it.
