need help tightning the throttle switch (740) 700 1987

i was wondering how to tighten the throttle switch in the engine bay.
looked in the chilton book and didnt give me a good enough description on how to tighten the throttle switch wire.
if anyone can foward me a link or give me suggestions on how to tighten the wire that would be great!
