Does anyone know when the style of rear wiper motor and running gear changed for the 240 wagon? I've got a 91, and older styles look different.

Also, my wiper works fine when the blade is lifted off the glass, but moves very slowly and sometimes stops when the blade is against the glass. Is this a sign of a dying motor?
