Yet another "No Start' 200 1989

K, ran fine, sat over night, started with a very rough idle, turned off motor, won't start. Blown #6 fuse, replaced, no help. Replaced fuel pump relay, started and ran ... for a week. Same issue, started rough,shutoff motor, won't restart. Replaced fuel pressure regulator and main pump... no help. Have spark to plugs, plugs are wet. Could it be the CPS, how can you ring it out?
