240 dies at idle 200 1993

Good afternoon! A quick question for those who might have been there. The 93 240 sedan was very hard to start a few days ago in the very cold, you had to pump the accelerator and it sounded like it was running on two cylinders until you kept pumping away on the gas and eventually it was normal. Two days later, now that the weather's nicer now, she'll start up normally, idle a little high and once you rev it, when it settles down to idle, it dies. Start it up again, not touching the gas, and the idle will lope. Fault code is 1-2-1 which usually means air mass, but that's fairly new, and I can't find any vacuum leaks. Any ideas- would the ECT do all of this or could it be the idle sensor?

Thanks in advance,

Teal 240
