need help un installing overdrive solenoid 200 1993

I have a Volvo 1993 244 with a crappy automatic transmission. I looked everywhere for a 5 speed and could not find one. Now my 4th gear wont engage and I decided to go with the overdrive bypass kit from IPD. So now I'm stuck under the car with one bolt loose and the other bolt stripped. I used a box wrench 12mm but seemed to have stripped the front bolt. There was not much room to play with and I can;t seem to find any help on this. What should I do? How can I loosen that stripped bolt?? any help would be super sweet!!
