Burnt exhaust valves on B234F 700 1989

My 1989 740gle 16v B234F has repeatedly burnt the #4 exhaust valves. First time, I just replaced them, and then on this site I learned of the faulty head machining. Next time, I oversized the guides and new valves. I just dropped the oil pump pulley bolt, and bent four valves. Again the rear piston and exhaust valves are covered in carbon. It's only been a few thousand miles since the head was done last, and the other cylinders are fine. Why would it only be the rear jug?
