Tools and parts that I should have around 200

I am ordering some parts for my car through Eeuroparts. Here is the list so far:

Alternator brush set.
Alternator brushes
Distributor cap
ignition rotor
Fuel filter kit - with seals
timing belt (SHOULD I GET THE KIT THAT COMES WITH 1 FRONT CRANK SEAL TWO CAM SHAFT SEALS?)
and an engine belly pan.

I am wondering if you guys can think of any other parts that I should buy to have in the vehicle - or parts that would be a good thing to have around.

also I am wondering if you guys could recommend any necessary tools (I have bought a pretty big craftsman set that comes with sockets, wrenches, spark plug sockets, etc, - I have a multimeter. Just tools that i should keep my eyes out for and tools (maybe like fuel pressure gauge, or timing light) I will need for repairing the alternator belt and testing the tension.

thanks,

Jimmy
