Help! Evaporative system hoses disconnected (see pics) 200 1980

Hi all,

A fuel tank and evaporative canister hose has been disconnected on my daughters 1980 242 and has failed the evaporative system emissions test.

At the tank I have one smaller diameter return hose running to the canister up front.
Then one of the larger hose is fuel supply to the primary fuel pump.
But the 3rd large hose is just hanging down open next the rear axle like a vent hose?

Up front I have one hose coming off the canister hanging loose in the picture.
The other hose is connected to a vacuum fitting under the throttle body.
I only have one vacuum fitting under the throttle body and can't see where this second hose could connect?
Btw, vacuum draw at this fitting is very weak.

Bottom line is we need to get this car to pass evaporative smog test.

*Any ideas on hose routing?
*Can I plug any of these to help pass the evaporative test?

Thanks!
