is it worth putting in a B20? 120-130

ok, I am going to pose questions that really are matters of oponion, but I really want to hear all thoughts....right now as it sits...my '67 122 is stock. B18, normal downpipe, SU's. It runs fine....doesnt smoke, burn oil, and the only thing leaking in the oil filter. The rear freeze plug is one of those rubber deals, but it works. Now, I am picking up a '67.5 parts car tomm that has a 'rebuilt' B20 with good compression, with an IPD header. No carb or intake manifold. My questions are....I dont think the engine swap would be that difficult - what has to be changed? Can I use the same dist? Can I use the SU's and intake manifold with the IPD header?

bottom line: Is it worth it in the long run? Should I wait until the B18 blows up or comes up with a serious issue that would warrant doing an engine swap? I am on a limited budget.....

Does the 'if it aint broke dont fix it' saying apply?

Thanks for the input guys
