Options in replacing Seiko Seiki Compressor? 900 1994

My compressor is screeching and shaking so much that mounting bolts shear off over time. So it looks like I need to replace it. The usual sources do not carry a replacement for the Seiko Seiki. What options do I have? How much do I need to modify to install the compressor the FCP or Eeuroparts does carry? I found remanufactured Seikos at ACpartshouse ($212), Techchoiceparts ($224)and Discountacparts ($325) --- anyone with experience with these?
