need help wit 92 240 rear bearing 200

Need some help/info with trying to pull out the axle to get to the bearing. the bolts that secure it are 14mm? any suggestions if they are really ceased on there? i cant fit a socket/rachet in there so im trying an open end wrench my first attempt i slipped. since it was starting to get dark i called it a night. dont want to strip it.
