200 series with best fuel MPG rating? 200 1987

hello, I was just wondering which 200 series gets the best MPG's. from what i gather it looks like the 240 sedan with manual tranny rated at 21city/28hwy MPG. can anyone chime in on if thats pretty accurate? or if there is a model thats better? i've got a couple of 240 wagons w/auto transmission and was considering switching to something with better mileage if it was worth it.
