Need an exhaust manifold for a 1993 945 Turbo. 900

Does anybody know were to get an exhaust manifold for a 1993 900 Turbo? FCP Groton and other online people cannot special order one. I am trying to avoid dismantlers, although I contacted one in the Sacramento CA area and they do not have one. Any help wold be great. Thank you.
