96 960 and 850 driver’s seat 900 1996

I got a 96 960 in good shape in almost every other ways except the torn driver’s leather seat. Yesterday in the junk yard, while looking for something else, I saw a 850 with a matching driver’s seat in perfect shape. My question is: does that seat from the 850 physically fit in my 96 960? I understand that the airbag, and other electronics might not work properly. However, if I can put it in physically, I’ll be happy. Thanks. Erwin
