Collant leaks at heater core inlet and outlet 700

I have some coolant leaking at the heater core inlet and outlet at the firewall (in engine bay). The copper pipes were squished so I rounded them with a ratchet handle but they are not perfect and I know they will leak again. Is there any product that I can put between the hose and the copper pipe tostop the leaks?
