Thankyou everyone for your information on firewall insulation. If the oem material contains asbestos and is difficult to get off, is there any reason why the dynamat cant be stuck to this material as asbestos is better left alone. Also, what do you suggest to use under carpet to aid in noise and heat insulation if using dynamat. Has anyone used the heatblok and how effective is it? Thanks again David
