I have been tracking down a no start issue and it turns out it is a bad CPS sensor. I tested the resistance of the unit and only get resistance from one side. What bothers me is that I just replaced it just a few years ago.
However, when I went to take it out, the bolt was just spinning in the hole. It appears that the hole grew in size and the bolt no longer fits.
So I have two options:
1 -install the new cps and hope it works. Maybe try blue locktight on the bolt.
2 - Drop the tranny and install a new cps aluminum flange.
Since the one went so fast - should I buy two and stock up on them?
